How Long will it take to receive my item?

It will take about 8-12 business days (not including weekends) for the item to be delivered to your address. 

Will I receive an Order Confirmation ?

Once an order is placed you will receive an automated response to confirm your order has been received.

Please keep your Order Confirmation Number for purposes of order tracking.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for refund within 10 days of receipt. In order to qualify for a return, please contact us via email at: info@saibao.ca within 48hours of receipt of goods.

Custom made Magnets.

Your satisfaction matters to us.  Unfortunately, because these are your personal memories, we can’t restock/reuse the magnets, but we will be happy to replace damaged/defective magnets. We want your experience with us to be a positive and memorable. Return shipping costs are at your cost.

Merchandise for refund must be unused and in their original purchasing condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Damage and Lost Package
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a shipment is suspected as being lost, it is the customer's responsibility for ensuring that the addresses that are entered are accurate and correct and that they reach out to the shipping carrier to initiate search or trace requests. We are not liable for any stolen or lost package, but we will strive to ensure that you are taken care of.

Order Changes
Once placed, orders are considered final. Customers may contact us to request a change, and at our discretion, we may allow and process such changes. However, we cannot give customers a guarantee that their request will be processed.
