Refund Policy
Items at Saibao.ca are all vetted to ensure the utmost quality. If there are any mistakes on our part, please send us a message right away and we will make it right or we will discuss how to satisfy your concern.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for refund within 10 days of receipt. In order to qualify for a return, please contact us via email at: info@saibao.ca within 48hours of receipt of goods.
Return shipping costs are at your cost.
Merchandise for refund must be unused and in their original purchasing condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Damage and Lost Package
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a shipment is suspected as being lost, customers are responsible for reaching out to the shipping carrier to initiate search or trace requests. We are not liable for any stolen or lost package, but we will strive to ensure that you are taken care of.
Order Changes
Once placed, orders are considered final. Customers may contact us to request a change, and at our discretion, we may allow and process such changes. However, we cannot give customers a guarantee that their request will be processed.
